Every Aerobloc product comes with a full 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase. We're confident in what we sell.

What's Covered

Our 1 year guarantee covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal use conditions.

Compressor failure — if the compressor stops working under normal use

Electrical faults — including LCD display issues and control panel failures

Manufacturing defects — any fault present at the time of purchase

Battery protection system failure — if the protection system malfunctions

Accidental damage — damage caused by drops, impacts or misuse

Normal wear and tear — cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

Damage from incorrect use — use outside the specified voltage or operating conditions

📋How To Make A Claim

Making a guarantee claim is straightforward. Contact us and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Contact us at customerservice@aerobloc.com with your order number and a description of the fault.

Send photos or video of the fault — this helps us assess the issue quickly and identify the best resolution.

We'll respond within 48 hours with a resolution — replacement, repair or full refund depending on the nature of the fault.

📅Guarantee Period

Your guarantee starts from the date of delivery and covers a full 12 months. Please retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase — you'll need your order number if you need to make a claim.

⚖️Your Statutory Rights

This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
