Free UK delivery on every order. No minimum spend. Delivered within 2–5 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
All orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Order confirmation — you'll receive an email confirming your order as soon as it's placed.
Dispatch notification — a further email with your tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery — your order arrives within 2–5 business days. Use your tracking number to monitor progress at any time.

We deliver to all addresses across the United Kingdom.
Delivery Charges
We offer free standard delivery on all orders to all UK addresses. No minimum order value applies. The price you see is the price you pay — no delivery charges added at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the courier at any time.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
If a parcel is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply in this instance.
Delays
Whilst we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to courier capacity or circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days please contact us at customerservice@aerobloc.com and we will investigate immediately.
