We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy.
We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely happy, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How To Request A Return
To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@aerobloc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Receive instructions — we'll respond within 1–2 business days with your return authorisation and instructions.
Send your item back following our instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation — we cannot process unauthorised returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Damaged Or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at customerservice@aerobloc.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items that have been used, assembled beyond initial inspection, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
